Seller & Consignor Terms

Last updated: April 19, 2026

1. Consignment Agreement

  • All consignment relationships are governed by a separate Consignment Agreement executed between the consignor and Joneses at Willow.
  • Commission rates are set per individual consignment agreement.
  • These Seller Terms supplement the Consignment Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the Consignment Agreement takes precedence.

2. Eligibility & Application

  • To consign items, you must apply as a consignor and be approved by Joneses at Willow.
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of Joneses at Willow.
  • Learn more about the consignment process on our How It Works page.

3. Title & Warranty

  • By consigning items, you warrant that you have clear legal title and the right to sell them.
  • Items must be free of all liens, encumbrances, and third-party claims.
  • You agree to indemnify Joneses at Willow against any claims arising from a breach of this warranty.

4. Item Handling

  • Joneses at Willow will photograph, describe, and list consigned items using professional standards.
  • We reserve the right to assign items to auction or store listings at our discretion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Reserve prices may be set in consultation with the consignor.
  • Photographs of consigned items may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

5. Settlement & Payouts

  • Settlement is processed after auction close or, for store items, after the applicable sale period.
  • Payouts are issued net of the agreed commission rate plus any applicable fees.
  • You can track your sales and payouts in your consignor dashboard.

6. Unsold & Uncollected Items

  • Unsold items may be re-listed, offered at a reduced reserve, or returned to the consignor at our mutual agreement.
  • Joneses at Willow is not responsible for unsold items left more than 30 days after auction close.
  • Storage fees of $10.00/day per item may apply after 14 days.

7. Cancellation

  • A consignor may withdraw items before they are listed for auction or sale, subject to any fees outlined in the Consignment Agreement.
  • Once an item is listed in an active auction, it may not be withdrawn.
