Estate Sales
We open the doors of the house. Furniture, art, tools, the contents of the garage — everything priced, everything to go. Come on the day, pay at the door, carry it home.
Nothing on this week
The next sale is announced here first
Sales are posted a week or two ahead with photos of what is in the house, and the street address is released the day before. Join the list and it lands in your inbox; no more than a few emails a month.
Not an auction. Simpler.
An estate sale is a shop that exists for a weekend, in the house where the things have lived. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing added at the till.
Come on the day
No registration, no bidding, no buyer's premium. Doors open at the posted time and the first person through gets first look. Popular sales queue early.
Everything is priced
Every piece carries a tag. Prices hold on the first day; on the last day we may reduce what remains. If you want it, take it to the table — we don't hold items.
Pay and carry
Cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard at the door. You take it with you, so bring a hand and a vehicle for large pieces. All sales are final.
Sale purchases leave with you on the day. If you fall for something you cannot carry, ask at the table — we can sometimes arrange delivery in Durham Region for a fee.
We run the sale so you don’t have to
Downsizing, a move, or a house that has to be emptied by a date. We sort, research and price the contents, run the sale on site, and clear what remains. What does not suit a sale goes to our online auction or the shop, so nothing of value is left on the table.
